Meet the team
Introducing our global core team.
Our founder, Levente, worked for 5 years at Electrolux in Italy until 2014 when he moved to a global design agency and led their Shanghai studio until 2020 as the Vice President of Design. During these times, he worked on and led projects for international companies such as Electrolux, Bosch, Hitachi, Siemens, Philips, Bissell, Bose and many others. Levente specializes in helping companies establish their design strategy and design processes. With the launch of LAB in 2020, he assembled an A-Team of designers to serve great brands.

Csongor spent many years in Germany working for a global automotive agency. Having been involved in numerous concept car projects, he brings us extensive knowledge of CAD design methodologies. Csongor is a real problem solver when it comes to challenges in the process of turning ideas into reality. Currently, being an excellent designer he also serves as one of our account managers.

After working for various automotive companies, József joined our team with an engineering background and extensive experience in A-class surfacing. Possessing deep technical knowledge of production and a creative mindset, he excels in translating design concepts into reality. József is a true digital craftsman and serves as one of our account managers.

Márton has joined our team right after graduating from Moholy-Nagy University. He worked his way up, becoming an excellent designer with a strong skillset in digital visualization and deep knowledge in AI tools.

Enikö has a background in both design and engineering, understanding the bridge between creativity and realization. With her skill set, she can seamlessly support design projects from creative ideation to production.

Yan grew up in Shanghai, China. After graduating, she worked for various international companies, gaining a deep understanding of Chinese business culture and familiarity with current customer trends. She serves as our liaison to Chinese customers and suppliers, representing our voice in the region.

PR & Manager to China
András has built deep knowledge in realization in the past decade, creating bridge between design and engineering. He has worked years in Germany participating in projects for Volkswagen and other large car manufacturers as CAD engineer. His ability of collaborating with engineers and designers makes the development process smooth and efficient.

CAD specialist
Tianxiang is located in our Shanghai studio, he is specialized in product design working with companies such as Philips, Dreame. He is an open minded, professional designer, with a deep focus in details and real problem solving. He is our main contact with local suppliers in China.
